Yes. All items are officially licensed by the band or other license holder. We do our best to make sure all of our merchandise, music or otherwise, is original, fully licensed merchandise.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 2 to 10 business days to appear on your account. Please note, that we only charge your credit card for order placed when we actually print shipping label. Till that moment your payment is pending. If you do not see changes in payment status, and it is still pending, please contact us. Your item might be out of stock, sold out or your order did not go through.

9. How much is shipping for domestic or international orders?
The cost of shipping is calculated based on what you buy. After you add item to your shopping cart, the shipping will be displayed automatically.

10. What is your return policy?
We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 15 days. We will happily exchange or refund items that are returned in original condition. You will however be charged a $ 5.00 restocking fee. In some cases we will give you a store credit instead of refund. Worn or washed items are not returnable.
Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost, less re-stocking fee and shipping / handling or can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Please note that international orders that are refused will incur a surcharge that will affect any refund.
